Staying in our duplex room was a cozy experience, although a bit smaller than expected with the stairs included in the area. Nonetheless, the room had excellent double glazing and offered a big and comfortable space overlooking the lively square. The huge bathroom was definitely a highlight for us.
My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious, kept very clean with elegant modern decor. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and accommodating staff. The location was superb, facing the Puerta de Alcala and steps away from Cibeles square. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of options. Overall, a great value for money.
I was quite glad to find that our stay at the hotel was very quiet despite its city center location. The room was spacious, which is always a challenge when traveling with a 13-year-old and booking a triple room. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff eager to assist. The location was outstanding, overlooking Plaza de la Independencia and near many attractions and dining options. The dining experience was delightful with made-to-order eggs and a nice buffet. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
